UDance 2023 Executive Board In this role I report to the Co-Executive Directors with any issues and will be responsible for both Executive Board accountability and social-emotional wellness. My responsibilities include taking minutes at every meeting, sending minutes out to the board within 24 hours, creating and managing the Google Drive and Google Calendar, designing merchandise and managing all sales updating the entire board on all aspects of communication, taking attendance at meetings and events, and overseeing excuse and liability forms. I also manage the UDance office as well as hold optional bi-weekly study hours for Executive Board members. Additionally, I facilitate social events to encourage team bonding.
