In my present role as CEO | Founder, Major day-to-day responsibilities include: Connecting, closing, onboarding, and consulting with clients regarding credit history, deploying consultative selling approach on all inbound calls, contacting new and existing customers to gather needs and improve specific products and services, delivering exceptional level of service to each customer by listening to concerns and answering questions, assisting customers in fixing credits, providing efficient solutions and effective recommendations, preparing and submitting appropriate letters to credit bureau, nurturing relationship with contacts at all three credit bureaus. Highlights of my contributions include: ► Verified disputed accounts by collaborating with credit bureaus. ► Launched personal successful business by perfectly allocating resources. ► Boosted score by assisting in budget management, creating robust plans, and developing robust strategies steps.
