It is owned by SGD Pharma. • I am an operations director, managing a team of 24 people : Product managers, buyers, logistics controllers, technical developers, quality, logistics managers and warehouse. (S&OP) • Member of the board, my main KPIs include service rate (OTIF), gross margin, inventory levels, suppliers performance, cost savings and product range development. • Supplier panel management, sourcing and contracting: moulded glass and plastic bottles (PE PP PET...), closures, pumps, aluminium, finishing processes, subcontracting, freight. • Category management : Product strategy, design, sourcing and trading management of 1000 standard items • Operational quality : QCD, KPIs, action plans and claims follow-up, regulatory intelligence.
