• Receive, record, and deposit cash and checks as well as reconcile records of multiple bank transactions; post & reconcile credit card transactions. • Prepare financial reports and post, analyze and adjust journal entries, assist month-end/year-end closing entries. • Resolve service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; deciding the root of the problem; choosing and disclosing the best solution to solve the problem; furthering rectification or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. • Record and update customer accounts with interactions, payments, and personal information. • Contact customers to collect outstanding payments and process payments. • Oversee the work of technician staff to ensure that all jobs are completed on time and to customer specifications. • Assist in weekly payroll calculation and analyze employee hours to enable accurate payroll processing. • Manage successful onboarding and exits of all employees including auditing paperwork and maintenance of our HRIS, ADP. • Answer an average of 30 incoming calls per day.
