Besides overseeing WBshop.com, the studio's flagship online store, Jurgen successfully launched the Warner Archive Collection (WarnerArchive.com), a groundbreaking service that makes more than 1,000 “out-of-print” classic movies and TV titles available through manufacturing-on-demand technology as well as digitally, including as subscription streaming service (Instant.WarnerArchive.com). Effectively leveraged Facebook, Twitter and YouTube for promotions and audience engagement. Negotiated various partnerships (e.g., NFL, HBO, TNT, TCM, New York Times, iTunes, Amazon, Sony).

In addition, Jurgen was instrumental in envisioning, negotiating and launching CourseSmart.com, the premier digital textbook joint venture owned by Thomson/Cengage, Pearson, McGraw-Hill et al., and subsequently served on the board of directors.

Managed staff of 100 across three geographic locations. Established joint venture with local cable operator to test-market broadband television services.
