As CEO I am responsible for the development and execution of Anaqua's growth strategy, meeting the needs of our global clients and fostering a healthy and productive environment for our people worldwide. Our mission is to empower our clients to develop and secure the world's most influential and innovative ideas. As a member of Anaqua's Board of Directors, I participate in governance of the company alongside Nordic Capital and our independent directors.

CCC is a non-profit entity serving as the largest collective licensing agency worldwide. Since its founding in 1978, CCC has scaled to become increasingly active in delivering innovative rights, content, software and data solutions to power research and decision-making in a compliant manner, globally

As COO, I developed and executed Anaqua’s growth strategy including M&A and Corporate Development and oversaw day-to-day operations of key global functional areas. I was also responsible for our legal connectivity solutions business, SeeUnity (acq. 2021) and our legal time & billing business, WiseTime (acq. 2022). I also oversaw the sale of the business from Astorg to Nordic Capital (2024/5) and served on Anaqua's Board of Directors starting with the Astorg acquisition in 2019.

As CFO, I was responsible for scaling our finance and accounting infrastructure and corporate development / strategy. Over time I assumed additional responsibilities for functional areas including HR, Legal, Cloud Operations and Sales Operations. Managed the transaction process and integration for multiple acquisitions and oversaw successful sale from Insight & Bessemer to Astorg in 2019

(Oliver Wyman acquired the US B2B Information & Software business of OC&C Strategy Consultants in December 2014) As a Partner at Oliver Wyman and OC&C I served private equity, software and information clients. I focused on developing growth strategies and performing commercial diligence for software and information businesses, primarily in the legal tech, GRC and healthcare space. I was responsible for expanding existing client relationships and developing new clients relationships

As an Associate Partner I was responsible for managing multiple execution teams (up to 6 concurrently) each staffed with 2 to 10 pre- and post-MBA consultants. I expanded the firm’s private equity practice and launched a healthcare information initiative. I also developed thought leadership pieces and oversaw programs for new employee training and professional development

As an Engagement Manager I executed over 15 projects with a large legal tech client, growing it to be the largest client in the practice

As a Vice President Liberty Lane Partners ($300m+ lower middle market PE fund), I sourced new platform acquisitions in distribution, healthcare and light industrial markets and executed four bolt-on deals for one of our distribution platforms

As an investment banking associate, I executed M&A, debt and equity financing transactions for corporate and private equity clients with aggregate value of $15+ billion, including Chicago Mercantile Exchange’s acquisition of the Chicago Board of Trade. I also served as liaison to former US Congressman and future Governor of Ohio John Kasich

As a Director, Corporate Development I created the strategy and operating plan for a new subsidiary in Japan with an $8 million budget and staff of 30 people, served as statutory member of board of directors and interim COO. Also oversaw an investment in Japanese partner that earned a 7x return and developed a long-term IT outsourcing program offering. I began my career at Sapient testing software components and received four promotions during a six-year tenure including project manager, senior project manager and director, program management before moving into corporate development. I was active in recruiting and training initiatives.
