As COO, I developed and executed Anaqua’s growth strategy including M&A and Corporate Development and oversaw day-to-day operations of key global functional areas. I was also responsible for our legal connectivity solutions business, SeeUnity (acq. 2021) and our legal time & billing business, WiseTime (acq. 2022). I also oversaw the sale of the business from Astorg to Nordic Capital (2024/5) and served on Anaqua's Board of Directors starting with the Astorg acquisition in 2019.
As CFO, I was responsible for scaling our finance and accounting infrastructure and corporate development / strategy. Over time I assumed additional responsibilities for functional areas including HR, Legal, Cloud Operations and Sales Operations. Managed the transaction process and integration for multiple acquisitions and oversaw successful sale from Insight & Bessemer to Astorg in 2019

As an investment banking associate, I executed M&A, debt and equity financing transactions for corporate and private equity clients with aggregate value of $15+ billion, including Chicago Mercantile Exchange’s acquisition of the Chicago Board of Trade. I also served as liaison to former US Congressman and future Governor of Ohio John Kasich
As a Director, Corporate Development I created the strategy and operating plan for a new subsidiary in Japan with an $8 million budget and staff of 30 people, served as statutory member of board of directors and interim COO. Also oversaw an investment in Japanese partner that earned a 7x return and developed a long-term IT outsourcing program offering. I began my career at Sapient testing software components and received four promotions during a six-year tenure including project manager, senior project manager and director, program management before moving into corporate development.
