My position is to serve as the go-to marketing support lead for COOP Ale Works, SONIC Hard Beverage, Tampico Hard Punch, and Welch's Cocktails events within specific markets, inside and outside of Oklahoma. Working alongside functional department leads and sales teams to create brand awareness in the market through events. Regularly, working with non-profit organizations, while understanding the associated rules and legality of donations and events. I organize and manage logisitcs for B2C and B2B events from a vendor standpoint in representing the proper brands. In addition I oversee sponsorships and partnerships while bringing them to life through on/off-site activations. With well over 100 events and activations in my portfolio, some of them include: • COOP Ale Works Anniversary Party – 700+ attendees each year (2022, 2023, and 2024) • SAVOR Food & Beer Pairings – 2,300 attendees in Washington DC (June 2022) • Great American Beer Festival – Largest beer festival in the US with 50,000+ attendees over 3 days in Denver, CO (2022 and 2023) • PGA Tour X SONIC Hard Seltzer – Corporate Hospitality in Tulsa, OK (May 2022) • Big XII Basketball Activation X SONIC Hard Seltzer in Kansas City, MO (March 2023) • Big XII Softball Activation X SONIC Hard Seltzer in OKC, OK (May 2023) • World Series Softball Activation X SONIC Hard Seltzer – OKC, OK (June 2023) • OU Athletics X COOP Ale Works Private Beer Release Party in Norman, OK (August 2023) • NBWA X COOP Bev Works over 3 days in Las Vegas, NV (October 2023)
