-Build from the scratches Supplier Quality Department including processes, templates, escalation model -Developing supplier bid list from the scratches -Create Supplier Quality strategy -Responsible for whole purchase commodity parts -Assess potential suppliers per commodity strategy to meet program sourcing needs -Conduct Supplier Audits, Supplier Quality Releases and Material Releases -Leading technical review meeting with suppliers -Lead Advanced Quality Planning (APQP) with suppliers -Evaluate and monitor Suppliers’ performance through KPI’s (MCA, Quality, Delivery etc.) -Lead Supplier development and continuous improvement (supplier management) -Statistical evaluation and analysis of all supplier quality relevant items -Work closely with Plant Supplier Quality on supplier failures in the field, at customers, in manufacturing and incoming inspection -Conducting CMM measurements of purchase parts to check right part quality

-Manage project starting from acquisition phase until 6 months after SOP,  -Ensure Commodity Strategy implementation  -Focus on fast response and resolution to technical problem deteriorating product Quality  -Support commodity buyers in case of value analysis / value engineering  -Perform Supplier Capability Assessment Audit- Czech Republic/Germany/Sweden/France  -Ensure on time execution of Component Quality Planning (CQP)  -Lead all necessary tasks of the Component Quality Planning including PPAP approval  -Lead the resolution of repetitive incidents with root cause analysis at suppliers  -Validate technically corrective actions at supplier's location after Quality incidents  -Ensure Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) at assigned suppliers to increase supplier's QCD capability -Acting as a interface between supplier and Value stream  -Ensure that manufacturing milestone are passed with successful on the time  -Manage Engineering Changes

-Participation in the development of the next phases of product development according to the APSD (APQP) -Settlement and explaining problems of quality in projects and components of running -Develop Plans Control and other criteria for product acceptance -Cooperation in creating and reviews FMEA, Control Plan -Analysis specifications for products -Participation in the initial phase of ordering machines

-Supervision over the quality of the product, and their compliance with the requirements of the customer, -Participation in the implementation of new products, -Carrying out the analysis of the repeatability of the process -Examination of complaints (reports 8d) suggesting preventive action -Supporting the process of continuous improvement, -Conducting internal audits, -Participation in the preparation of PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan -Preparation of reports on the implementation of key performance indicators
