(Japanese software/Hardware/App developer and distributor) • Provide administrative support to assist Director of Operations, 8 member team, and U.S. corporation (Pocktalk Inc.) with HR, legal, and operations matters. • Create organization chart and consult with leadership on hiring and restructuring improvements. • Collaborate with third-party HR consultants to compile list of missing documents and trainings. • Review each onboarding process and document requirements for each state and revise employee handbook. • Contributed to on-time, on-budget launch of Pocketalk new products, managing time zone differences and minimizing inconsistencies to facilitate communication between Japan and U.S. teams. • Prepare and present weekly reports and twice-weekly product updates to project team. • Analyze/share information and summarize comments/issues.
