Kanika Radhakrishnan

Kanika is the Founder and CEO of FairSettle, a legal tech start up with offices in the Silicon Valley, US and Bangalore, India. FairSettle helps brands by reducing negative customer reviews and resolving up to eighty percent of customer disputes online using an AI-driven technology platform. Prior to starting FairSettle, she was the Managing Attorney of Evergreen Valley Law Group, a full service IP law firm that she started in 2004 with offices in the Silicon Valley, US and Bangalore, India. Kanika has extensive experience working as a patent prosecutor, mediator and litigator. She is a licensed US Patent Attorney and also registered to practice in the State of California. Kanika is widely recognized as a change maker in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, where she has worked tirelessly to increase opportunities related to access to funding for women-led businesses. She is the Co-Chair of TIE Women Global and a Charter Member and Governing Board member of TiE Bangalore. She is an Angel Investor herself and co-leads TiE Bangalore Angels.
