- Work directly with CEO and CMO to develop, manage and execute integrated marketing strategy that includes, creative direction, campaign production and execution, social media, PR, email marketing, influencer marketing, and content marketing. - Conduct market research and write creative briefs based on target market, demographic specifications, typical buyer’s profile, industry trends and developments. - Plan online marketing campaigns across platforms and segments for multiple channels including Search, Social Media, Video, Retargeting and Display - Oversee and develop strategic marketing and promotional plans for the market launch of 7 new products and re-branding of all old products. - Manage 5 teams of external partners & agencies to operate efficiently and with the most impact, and serve as the primary point of contact for all projects. - Develop brand positioning on social media sites, and organically grow social media audience and traffic - Oversee the creation of blog content for SEO purposes and grow monthly organic visitors to the site. - Launched brand awareness campaigns across digital media, and PR.
