This included participation in the algorithm design, project planning and coordination between multiple engineering groups. Managed multiple geo-expansion projects for Europe, Asia and South America. Leadership and Program Management Planned team distribution across two parallel releases leading to 30% better utilization of resources. Product Management: Participated in design workshops with UX and business stakeholders to completely redesign an iPad app.This app increased the number of associates that could be staffed to help customers by eliminating the dependency on desktops. Led to 60% more customer interactions than before. Led development of a configurable rules engine. This enabled the product team to customize app behavior without requiring client releases. Technical Leadership: Designed a cloud-based preferences infrastructure that helped users have access to all their information across devices. This infrastructure was extensible enough to have preferences defined at user as well as group-levels. Researched and identified HTTP event collection on Splunk as a way to capture more data analytics from an iOS app. Resulted in an increase of 60% more analytics events being captured. Project Management: Introduced the team to Agile development for the first time and formulated a project execution template for all future projects. Improved the code review process and brought down code review rejections by almost 70%.

Worked as a technical lead for an iOS center of excellence that was established to keep abreast of the latest technical trends related to iOS. Responsible for reviewing UX for incoming projects and building quick prototypes using Objective C. Worked on and reviewed 18 apps. Generated 11 new mobile app ideas as an ideation lead for the COE. Worked on the design sprints and architecture for a cloud based multi-platform application that allowed consumers to receive their postal emails on their mobile devices.
