• Ensure the requirements of the company QMS are met in accordance with ISO 9001 -2015: ISO 14001: 2015. Implementation of Quality Systems as required & Respond to all audits whether undertaken by internal or external Auditors. (QA/QC) functions for all parts of the works, including, Factory & office , Sites, vendors, manufacturers and suppliers works as specified in the Quality Manual and approved Quality Plans. • Knowledge on preparation of ITP, & Develops forms & records to document project activities, Site Inspection report and Carryout Field inspections with client Preparation of inspection report & obtain client acceptance. • In handling all Aluminum Factory & sub –contracts work closely to ensure that the quality of work is as per specification and co-ordination with site team is completed on time. Toolbox initiates awareness and training programs to Factory workers & site team. Its help to continual improvement of quality & Progress of work. • Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and workers and Sub-contractors to achieve the agreed targets within QA/QC requirements, project specifications and method statements. • Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire Factory & project including certificates, calibration, test results, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations. Ensure Façade shop drawings and material submittal approvals are in line with planned works. • In attending the progress QA /QC meeting & Monitoring and control of all Inspection activities on site & advice the Project Manager of all project quality issue and interface problems that affect the normal progress of the project.

— Maintain proper co-ordination between work forces Factory & site team. — Handling Production, Shift-In charge & Trouble shooting of all plant problems. — Inspection and test according to approved ITP. Review and interpret approved construction plans, procedure and specification to prevent errors in implementation. — Incoming material inspection, review of certification documents and prepare inspection reports. — Organize steel structural activities of delivery, erection, and site modification — Handling all sub –contracts work & monitoring the Quality of galvanizing products checking as per ASTM A123 / A123M & BS EN ISO 1461:2009, and visual inspection of plate, Beam, Channel, Angle checking as per the grade of material, & documents review like MTC, & Technical Data. — Co-ordinate with clients/ suppliers, project planning and complete procedure of documentation.
