As a Director of Zonefit, I was jointly responsible for the overarching strategic direction of the company and the development of our emerging brand in the marketplace. Calling on 20 years of marketing experience, I took the lead in brand positioning and development, taking responsibility for all aspects of the Zonefit marketing and communications strategy and deployment, managing all aspects of the marketing mix. I was tasked with developing and implementing a strategy for growth, increasing the market share through the design and implementation of the marketing plan, under pinned by thorough analysis and evaluation of the national and global market.
As Head of Marketing I am responsible for all aspects of Excalibur’s marketing and communications strategy, managing all aspects of the marketing mix and driving the brand within the market place. The management and development of the marketing team members whose contributory functions include on-line output, media, marketing, public relations, lead generation and central database management is key. The position requires the ability to lead on major marketing campaigns that integrate all aspects of Excalibur’s output; work with partners to ensure go-to-market strategy alignment and maximize ROI. As brand guardian I am responsible for the positioning and corporate identity of Excalibur and for ensuring Excalibur’s corporate communications both internal and external are proactive and effective. The RAFCTE is the trading arm of the charity the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust, responsible for staging annually ‘RIAT’ - the world’s largest military airshow and a nationwide concert tour.
