◆ SCOPE: Recruited to stimulate and transform performance and operations for this multimillion-dollar subsidiary of BMW Group with 10 BMW and 6 MINI outlets with ~50 FTE/contractors. Identified roadblocks to operational capacity, income maximisation, and growth achievement. Created the roadmap to execute performance objectives and pivoted the organisational mindset to industry sales patterns. Retired outdated marketing with innovative strategies, including redesign of websites, enhanced social media presence, and creation of an online marketplace. ◆ ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT: ➣ Nearly doubled new car sales share while cutting 2nd price-level volume and lowering the amount of financial sales support/unit. ➣ Slashed OpEx and improved unit profitability while increasing margins through establishing compliant sales reporting. ➣ Created a culture of performance expectation, raising the bar by implementing robust KPIs and coaching/mentoring underperformers through personalised performance plans. ➣ Achieved significantly high Balanced Scorecard despite the economic pitfalls of Covid. Steered organizstions through ~90 days of lost retail sales, economic instability, and massive supply chain failures. ➣ Ignited millions in infrastructure investments at the retail level, opening new stores with new jobs and increased revenue.
