I am also supporting our aggressive growth plans by actively sourcing and hiring talented engineers.

I established a team structure with seven managers reporting to me. These managers were responsible for rendering, modelling, animation, tooling pipeline and SDK support. I also established a standard feedback, job position and promotion system.
