I am a woman of passion and broad intellect. University study alongside my personal study has developed in me a real desire to participate in deeply effective women's business. At the Core of Living Gently is menstrual education. Sharing with women the tools to harness their fertility, thus creativity, to hold their power in their own minds, hearts and hands. When we create our lives from this center of trust of self out, we find a profound state of wisdom to truly live with. Over these years of; I have created a business from my passion empowering women, currently I'm excited by the possibility of the menstrual policy in the workplace. StarFire 16 hours of women's health education delivered in group and individual sessions. Groups varied from 2-20 women, in weekend, weekly and monthly durations. 45 page book of class notes written. Over the years 300+ women assisted through a very vulnerable and socially delicate content, to places of empowerment and fundamental change.
