-Reduced merchandise out of stocks by 4% (7% to 3%) in 47 stores during a 6 month period by implementing replenishment plan changes on a weekly basis. -Analyzed limited store vendors, strategizing new store structures based on sales, turn and markdowns. Implemented store roll backs and successfully drove vendors to increased profitability. -Collaborated with planner on developing planning skills. Maintained financial projections on a weekly basis and created Fall 2007 financial plans.
