Katie Scheuer's past jobs
My time at Workplaceless was incredibly fun. For three years I built products and processes, and helped teams get good at remote work, all while traveling full-time. I also wrote a ton! On our leadership team, I led and supported product development, customer success, learning experience design and delivery, and employee experience. My focus: help remote and hybrid companies thrive by leveraging digital-first and async-first practices. With the CRO, I partnered with executives and stakeholders on remote enablement, behavior change, and training initiatives. I ensured effective delivery and customer success to realize client business goals like increased performance. Clients included Toyota, WarnerMedia, BorgWarner, Vale, GitLab, MURAL, Upwork, and the US Department of Commerce. As Head of Learning Experience, I led a team of 5 to design, develop and implement virtual learning experiences for leaders, managers and individual contributors. We created and delivered sync facilitations, blended learning experiences, and async micro-learning, experiential projects, and ecourses. With the CEO and CMO, I built and launched the following products: 🌈 Async at Work ecourse ⚙️ Hybrid Team Success Toolkit 💬 Placeless Coach Slackbot 💙 Leadplaceless virtual leadership training (2022 update) 💜 Goplaceless remote enablement program (2021 update) 💛 Growplaceless remote career development program
