IEEE Young Professionals is an international community of creative, proactive and energetic members and volunteers. It is dedicated to assisting young professionals in improving their professional profile, growing their career objectives, and building a lifetime and wide professional network. “Young to Niche Professionals” (Y2NPro) is a new initiative of IEEE Young Professionals (YP) Sri Lanka. This program is a workshop series based on in-depth and specialist technological knowledge that is not included in regular tech presentations. The Y2NPro program enables a platform for young industrial learners to enhance their knowledge and get more experience specializing in particular niche technologies by learning from experts in the industry. Its a great privilege to me to take part with this professional project organizing committee.
