SPECIAL PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS: - Work for obtaining Asset Management License under Securities and Exchange Commission (Mutual Fund) Rules 2001. - Effort for getting license from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) for Fund Manager under Alternative Investment Rules, 2015. - Work for registration of various new company under RJSC for get several licensing requirements. - Engage with Investment Committee of existing company for Companies Fund Management in capital market. - Involve with Corporate and Institutional Investment Banking division for different project work.
