Product management system for Semiconductor Fab ( Real time status monitor ) Delivered to : Yokkaichi Fab#3 and Fab#4 of company T ( Biggest Flash memory maker ) Real time monitoring the status and alarms of semiconductor equipment and automated material handling equipment in the semiconductor Fab running 24 hours. This system allows user to monitor all production area in their Fab on real time by graphic screens and by actual Web camera screens. User can access to this system from outside of the Fab via Internet. I was responsible for management of technical matter, all technical communication between Japanese customer and US development team. I did finding this business opportunity, coordinating the system evaluation, specifying customer requirement, system design review, technical presentation, installation support, acceptance test with customer and system release as cooperating with the team in US Head Quarters. 2. Semiconductor equipment online remote control system Delivered to : Kagoshima Fab of S company ( Biggest CCD image sensor maker ) This system connects semiconductor equipment ( Ion implanter ) and customer’s HOST computer via SEMI standard interface protocol GEM/SECS, and converts the interface message data based on it. This system allows user to control their semiconductor equipment remotely and to monitor running status and alarm data of equipments. I was responsible for management of technical matter, all technical communication between Japanese customer and US development team.

Technical support to set up online remote operation by connecting our product ( Ion implanter ) and customer’s HOST in 300mm Semiconductor manufacturing Fab. For one of biggest DRAM maker E company and other main leading IC chip makers. • Development and upgrade of product remote control system. This system connects the product equipment ( Ion implanter ) and customer’s HOST computer via the SEMI standard interface protocol ( GEM/SECS & HSMS ), and converts the interface message data based on it. This system allows user to control the equipment remotely and to monitor running status and alarm data of equipments. This system has some interfaces capabilities like as SEMI standard ( GEM/SECS, HSMS data transfer by Ethernet ), BCR I/F, OCR I/F, RF Tag I/O, Optical sensor I/O, Digital I/O, GUI, etc. This system was delivered to most main leading IC chip makers all over in Japan. This system is written Visual C++, and running on Windows XP
