Manager - Data Platform Engineering: - Leading a team of data engineers handling end to end data projects delivery - Leading initiatives in Enterprise Data Platform, Data marts, AI and Analytics across all the Business Units - Working with diverse, cross functional teams and leads for requirement gathering, technical assessment, solution design, implementation and data projects delivery - Working with Data Governance team to setup processes adhering to the IT management policy, Governance and Security guidelines to ensure the data management comply with policies and guidelines Platform Operations Management: - Handling all the operational risks, issues, incidents and controls related to Data platform architecture - Overseeing analysis of systems operations data to identify actionable trends for continual improvements - Guiding team in the creation & development of key data platforms components with Platform Performance, Reliability, Security and Governance - Handling Operational processes and involved in resolving production outages and maintaining application environments stable - Collaboration with internal team, partners, Infrastructure, Information Security and ITSM counterparts to make sure Data projects operations runs smoothly Data Product Manager: - Responsible for the Data Product planning, designing and deployment with the development plan, managing product feature prioritisation and the overall product delivery with the tech and business teams - Acting owner to make sure successful product performance, adaption and support
