• Ensure the timely bottling & labelling of all products within the portfolio taking into consideration vintage change over, product development & sales forecasts. Brands include Red Hill Estate, Long Flat, Arrowfield, Kissing Bridge, Betty & Max, along with private label brands for Dan Murphys, Coles & ALDI totaling 500,000 cases • Logistics management – worked with external logistics providers to ensure minimal logistical costs & optimal stock holdings within 4 interstate warehouses. • Management of 4 3rd party contract bottling facilities & over 10 dry goods & wine suppliers. • Responsible for all the export & domestic supply chain – managed customer demand, production plans, inventory, order fulfillment, supply, logistics & export documentation • Wine club supply management for Red Hill – Keys to the Peninsula wine club. Ensure premium stock available for member’s packs, arrange dry goods supply, manage data base & member information for over 500 paid members • Establish & set product costs & ensure variance are kept to minimum • Responsible for product costing for all private label tenders & all new product development • Vintage planning & costing • Balance sheet end of month & end of year reconciliations & accruals • Systems administrator for all internal IT requirements • Sales reporting using TM1 application for domestic & export sales I was involved in a number of major projects with the supermarket chains (Dan Murphys, Coles & ALDI) and also export customers (Diago UK, Avery Esate). In the infancy, I was involved in the supply production of private label/cleanskin project with the chains, which at its peak hit over 300,000 cases pa. I worked with Wine Australia requirments for LIP's, export documentation, packing, booking & shipping of containers. I was responsible for standard costs for all products from dry goods, bulk wine through to packaged stock along with vintage costing, balance sheet reconciliations & accruals.

This ranged from production, accounting, payroll through to Cellar Door operations. It was a very board role that exposed me to many different aspects of business. My primary focus at YarraHill was stock control. This involved ordering dry goods, working with printers, designers, marketing and also scheduling production in line with sales and change over of vintages. I also worked on Vintage costings for bulk wines along with winery overhead allocations. While I was at YarraHill we also created the 'Sticks' and Punt Road brands.

My main focus in this time was on marking of the receival of dry goods for the production warehouse and accounting for end of month accruals.
