As the CEO of the Travel Management Company, I have the ultimate responsibility for the management of a business. I oversee the smooth running of the business and am responsible for developing strategies to hit or exceed sales targets, and for staff, financial and daily operational management. I ensure that the team must be able to offer specialist and competitive travel products to meet the demands of the travel market. Responsibilities: .Plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the business .Develop and administer policies, procedures and programs .Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments .Oversee financial management tasks .Manage human resources functions .Represent the organization at external functions, in negotiations or when making key announcements .Motivate the sales team to get the new sales, enhance the sales of existing clients and to hit their targets to ensure the profitability of the company.
