KEY OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage team of 13 and implement the local strategy for the retail, prosumer (reseller channel) and education. - Obtain funding and resources to support the country development from the European HQ. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: - World record in iPod market share and iPod Hi-Fi sales, CPU market-share in the top 4 and the highest accessory attach rate in Europe. - Expansion of the retail channel to complete coverage and improved the visibility of Apple products by developing and implementing a shop-in-shop concept. - Recruited professional investors to the Apple Premium Reseller program, growing the number of POS and increasing sales for Apple. - Signed-up a system integrator (Atea) to focus on Apple solutions with a dedicated Apple team.
