Manage office space planning, floor plan CAD design, occupancy analysis, growth projection, graphic reports, office moves, relocations, furniture procurement and also coordinate new office space construction and renovations for Dexcom buildings in the U.S, Asia and Europe. I also analyze and report on space use patterns & projections, assessing program efficiency, as well as space utilization. I work closely with administrative leadership, consultants, architects and engineers. In addition, I recently managed the planning and execution of our office’s COVID-19 return-to-work initiative. I successfully coordinated the return to work of over 600 essential employees to our offices in California, Arizona and the Philippines.

Developed, managed and maintained floor plans, data and offices relocation in support of space utilization, allocation, and planning. I also analyzed and reported on space use patterns & projections, assessing program efficiency, as well as space utilization. I worked closely with academic and administrative leadership, consultants, architects, engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to support the University’s campus planning initiatives. Other duties included managing the relocation of different departments/offices, conducting field site visits to active construction sites to observe the progress of building projects, update space drawings in both the CAD system and the Space Management system, measure campus buildings, prepare graphic reports and schematic layouts and support users of Meridian drawing system and the University's space management website.

Managed a team of engineers and interior designers where I coordinated, surveyed, drafted and managed budgets for the development of complete sets of construction documents. My duties included: space planning, CAD drafting in Autocad and Microstation, surveying building, collecting data, meeting deadlines, managing budgets, interpreting building codes, redlining plans and coordinating work with mechanical, electrical and structural engineers. My technical work included: drafting of floor finish, ceiling, equipment, roof, elevations, site plans, spec sheets, door and finish schedules, as-built documents and standard drawing sets. I also worked in direct contact with clients.
