Handled the project related procurement, vendors and suppliers of valuing up to INR 10Bn comprising strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management till the purchase of materials and services. Implemented and evaluated the Oracle Net Suite ERP for procurement function. Key Contributions & Accomplishments Overseen the entire purchase process from RFx to PO from BOQs/BOMs and analyse the cost and source for the supplier. Managed the inventory of the purchased items and saved cost on new purchase of about 20MINR by channelizing the internal asset transfer. Handled the import of high-end indoor sports equipment and facility management equipment. Authored the procurement SOPs, formulated the process flow for P2P, creation of vendor master and master pricelist database for all the goods purchased and upkeep the tracker for operational excellence. Coined a dashboard for price analysis and also initiated bid and tender management for initializing new business sites.

ISO9001 certified edible oil refinery with flagship brand “Gold Winner Sunflower Oil”. Handling of packaging and operational excellence, logistics and distribution to all distribution centres PAN India with a supply volume of 30K+ MT of edible oil movement per month. Involved in packaging planning, implementation of SNPs, supply planning, inventory control and SKU management. Key Contributions & Accomplishments Deployment of new packing norms for export business and also for existing SKUs. Maintaining the packaging standards and assessing the packing quality. Defining of stacking norms and SNPs per cartons. Maintaining inventory and handling logistics of edible oils and essentials fats with 95% OTIF MIS Preparations on stock levels to roll out safety stock norms as per the sales pattern avoid stock-outs and expiration. Developing new warehouses and super stockists PAN India and handling of logistics Conducting audits and maintain the supply database, channel partners and preparation of rate contracts. Reduced the transportation costs by 50 MINR and contributed SNOP for sales promotions and floating of production plans. SKU rationalizing and channelizing for fast-moving SKUs. An ISO9001 Tier 1 supplier to all major OE automobile manufactures. Recruited as a trainee and have been taught various domains of the supply chain from production planning, purchase of raw materials (sheet metals, blanks, tubes and BOPs) till packaging. Instilled the costing of materials including tool cost, product cost and labour costs. Have accomplished the costings for Bumpers, Cross car beams, Cowls, fender, doors and skin panels, fuel tanks and chassis. Standardized the packaging norms for export components to Europe, Japan and the USA. Key Contributions & Accomplishments Implementation of MRP as per the BOM and scheduling the production and purchasing of RM, BOP and procuring sheet metals, rolled steels and tubes with a value of INR 500M/quarter. Arranging of packing and packaging materials as the standards for all exporting components as per technical specifications. Execution of design standards in SAP as per BOM as per the technical information and operating MRP in SAP. Assisted in localisation of CKD parts for Renault Nissan and Daimler Trucks (BharatBenz). Issuance of POs and contracts for prototype and mass production purchase orders and handled costing of all parts supplied. Planning for the purchase of raw materials and procuring sheet metals, rolled steels and other manufacturing allied components (MRO & Consumables) with a value of INR 500M/quarter. Achieved cost saving via VA/VE and price contracts of 5MINR for the FI 2014-15 and around 15% for the FI 2015-16
