• Department personnel's management and monitoring; • Service quality control; • Controlling the budget of third-party service provider and determination of the company service charges; • Full chain control involved in department activities; Duties and responsibilities of the department: SALES • Communication with customers; • Preparing and signing contracts with customers; • Receiving enquiries, making calculations for required transportations (air, sea, road freights and multimodal transportations) and sending offers to the customers; • Consulting and helping customers in shipment planning; OPERATIONS • Checking correctness of provided documentation and helping in correction if necessary; • Planning and monitoring shipment during full rout till the final cargo delivery; • Task distribution between team members for each shipment and quality monitoring; FINANCE • Budget planning for new shipments; • Preparation of weekly financial reports for every upcoming, ongoing and completed jobs; • Preparing and providing invoice to the customers.
