Kevin played a major role in Infrastructure, Sales, Operations, and Business Intelligence. He managed the network, PC fleet, telecommunications with recording a real-time monitoring capabilities, custom CRM development, and third party integrations in key systems involving National insurance companies. Played a critical role in: • MIE’s ascent to become the second-largest direct marketer of individual health insurance in the nation. • Pivoting the company to life insurance in 2010 to become among the ten-largest direct marketers of life insurance in the nation. • A private equity investment by Rockbridge Growth Equity in 2011. Responsibilities Included: • Collaborated as a member of the executive leadership team to create, adjust, and communicate the vision and strategy of the company. • Developed strategies and for continuous technological improvement for the organization, clients and business partners. • Developed the Advisor Advantage Management System (AAMS), a fully custom and scalable business platform leveraging automated workflow in every aspect of the business. • Reduced telecommunication costs dramatically by right partner management. • Managed web consultants for content, site conversion, quote engine results integration, vendor traffic/lead flow and Search Engine Marketing. • Responsible for business intelligence through SQL database and third party platforms measuring profitability, business segment performance, vendor feedback, agent productivity/bonuses, financial measures, and sales results. • Managed the build out of our 12,000 square foot office space including 200 cubicles, high and low voltage, server room design, PBX installation, and network creation. • Managed a team consisting of analysts, a project manager, desktop support and network engineer.

Brought three new subdivisions on board to a new 'from buyer selections to purchase order' system while managing the more dated systems for five mature projects that were are various stages of completion. Managing the vendors, purchasing contracts, and IT systems to facilitate a purchase order system to the different project manager's and site personnel. We offered an extensive options catalog for our clients to customize their home with full integration to on-site relative purchase orders. Our Custom Option Workflow (internally known as COW ☺) allowed us to bring the homeowner the finished product of their dreams. Utilized Constellation's NewStar software with Sales Profiler integration. This job blended plan review, contract negotiation, the satisfaction of completion through finished homes and subdivisions, all while allowing my inner nerd tend to detailed programming necessary to bridge contract to customer options.
Managed the new construction of single family homes and Brownstone styled condos. Handling the process from foundation to finish, it was particularly satisfying to be able to hand the keys to the new home owners and welcome them to the community. Approximately 250 units completed during this time frame.
