Part of the aftermarket spares team tasked with purchasing bespoke and proprietary parts to ensure continuity of supply to customers after LTSA had concluded. Using SAP system to generate Request for Quotes (RFQ), Purchase orders and schedule agreements to service customer requirements for parts and field service support on a JIT basis. Macfarlane Packaging is a large packaging company whose core strengths include Labels, Packaging and Plastics. Notably customers include Aga Rangemaster, Mahle Filter systems, DHL, Tesco & M&S wine clubs. Sole controller of the stock catalogue purchasing ensuring correct levels are maintained so excess stock isn't carried or shortages don't occur. Process paperwork for direct deliveries from suppliers into our clients ensuring correct goods delivered on time in full, confirming delivery and then booking in paperwork to be invoiced. Buck & Hickman is a large supplier of Tools, PPE, Lubricants and VMI to the industrial sector. Notably customers in the UK include Bentley, Rolls Royce British Gas and the Post Office. Working in a team of six but in sole charge of the Cutting Tools and Lubricants section of the Buck & Hickman catalogue ensuring stock outs were at a minimum whilst not carrying excess stock lines. Placing all orders for a specific number of suppliers covering my range. Dealing with invoice queries, supplier returns and general office administration.

Wanzl is the World's largest supermarket trolley manufacturer and distributor. They specialise in shop fitting and customer guidance systems. Working alongside the Main Buyer controlling the purchasing for the Company to the value of £25m -£30m cost across 3 sites in the UK Since January 2008 as part of the Buying team I have helped with saving over £400,000 from the supply chain and personally been responsible for £160,000. Working as part of a team of four controlling the stock in 245 stores nationwide at a value of £26.2m retail.
