Developed a group charter, who’s core principle was to deliver corporate technology in support of business needs. Made significant improvements in the groups ability to deliver impact, focusing on completing the merge of two IT organizations after Aurora acquired Uber ATG (Uber’s self-driving advanced technology group), changing the culture from an “IT of No” to “Customer Centric IT”, and bring in speciality skills to support the needs of the business. Exceptional accomplishments achieved in the the last year: - Successfully merged two IT organizations as part of the Uber acquisition, resulting in the adoption of a new organizational charter & strategy, and the formation of an IT guidance council, resulting in refocusing the group to deliver against business outcomes. - Combined two technology stacks, including various business applications including HCM, ERP, Mechanical CAD, Electrical CAD, and manufacturing applications resulting in a singular focused and cost optimized technology portfolio. - Supported a 400% increase in headcount (due to the acquisition) by successfully migrating Aurora’s HCM to Workday and improving ATS business processes. - Prepared and executed pre and post IPO IT activities including migration of SOX material risk for compliance.
