SOL is an outpatient mental health company providing integrated (therapy and psychiatry) care to children, adolescents, and adults through both in-person clinics as well as virtual care options. Grew from 3 locations in Denver to 17 in four states. Increased annualized revenue by more than 250%. Improved gross margin from negative 2% to positive 41% in mature markets. Improved clinic margin from negative 47% topositive 11% in marture markets (breakeven overall). Renegotiated with key payers and received rate increases covering > 75% of volume.

Provided Executive Leadership for a $500M private equity backed Dental Service Organization (DSO) supporting 285 dental offices and 600 dentists. Drove growth through acquisitions, denovos, and efficiency initiatives. Integrated business intelligence tools with real time KPI’s into a rigorous management review process that resulted in 15 consecutive quarters of same store growth. Achieved ~12% EBITDA CAGR from 2016-2019. Guided the company through the devastating effects of COVID (revenue declined by 98% for 8 weeks) and came out stronger on the other side. Led the company to a successful transaction to a strategic buyer one year after recovering from COVID.

General Manager for 700+ dialysis clinics in the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Midwest with a P&L of nearly $3 billion. Responsibilities include in center and hospital based operations, physician relationships, personnel decisions, financial results, market strategy, joint ventures, and contract negotiations. Collateral duties include managing Team Genesis (center construction, leases, and facility R&M for 2000+ dialysis centers) and the Hospital Services Group which provides strategic and operational guidance to DaVita's 900+ inpatient hospital programs.

Responsible for operations and business development for the Mid-Atlantic. Manage all aspects more than 200 freestanding outpatient dialysis clinics with a P&L of $700 MM.
