• Monitor and maintain the integrity of databases on a regular basis, including providing accurate information on merchandise availability dates quantities • Lead in the design, development and implementation of required reports, including analysis of sales, inventory, merchandise codes, forecasting and plan

· Build and foster relationships with key medical diagnostic devise suppliers in US, Canada, China in order to ensure proper information flow and allow our products to get to the market effectively · Manage and maintain internal SOP for purchasing cycles and PO systems input and maintenance, including adherence by the department to comply with financial audit and approval policies pertaining to the purchasing of company goods · Monitor inventory system stock levels, establish and maintain necessary minimum quantities of goods on hand, balance need for goods on hand with objective of minimizing investment in inventory · Maintain and Monitor with Logistics dept. universal PO Log system and ensure that all key information is accurate and updated on a timely basis · Plan and set weekly/monthly buy-meetings and prepare regular reporting on purchase volumes, forecasts and inventory levels to be reviewed regularly with the Director and ensure revenue targets can be achieved while at the same time inventory levels are maintained at budgeted levels · Monitor and Report on vendor compliance against our standards of performance and engagement
