• Responsible for daily maintenance/reliability requirement for 178 land-based rigs operating in 27 countries globally. • Heading and managing a maintenance/project team of more than 1200 personnel. • Ensure that the country`s rig projects are completed as per the schedule and met the financial budget. • Review with the project managers their project completion status, acceptance/endurance tests prior presenting to the Client. • Actively involved in all budgetary reviews and AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) approvals for capital investments and rig modernization. • Follow-up on establishing the documentation control process for all asset integrity, engineering and projects of Weatherford. • Apply the PMO (Preventive Maintenance Optimization) to the existing Rig Asset Management System (RAMS) Preventive Maintenance procedures. • Introduce/incorporate the CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) approach to the company maintenance system. • Developed the entire API third party Inspection procedures for all Drilling Equipment. • Leading the Compliance Team to ensure the OEPS (Operation Excellence Performance System) is being implemented in WDI as a part of the compliance with API Q2. • Develop the internal auditing plan and leading the technical auditing for the rigs as and when required. • Manage the group conducting the root cause of the problem and carry out the Failure Mode and effects Analysis (FMEA) for the required equipment, • Analyze the Non-Productive Time (NPT) for the major equipment and reflect the shared learning to modify the maintenance system, if needed. • Ensure that the investigations of the critical equipment failures are technically correct and verify the Root Cause. • Accountable for the technical aspects of the implementation of OEPS relating to asset integrity management. • Implement appropriate international technical standards within the Company’s management system.

• Responsible for the daily operational and maintenance requirements for 114 land-based drilling rigs operating in 23 countries globally. • Responsible for the integration of over 50 land-based drilling rigs in Russia due to a recent acquisition. • Providing technical support and liaison with in country management to implement new systems and policies. • Developed and introduced a field support group to provide 24/7 technical support, rig auditing, technical training and research and development throughout all rig operations. • Actively involved in all budgetary reviews and AFE approvals for capital investments and rig modernizations.

• Worked as the Project manager for refurbishment of two of Weatherford rigs (R806 &807) • Worked on resolving the synchronization issues of Weatherford`s Rig Asset Management System (RAMS) Program (software). • Responsible for the design of the PM and Service forms and develop the maintenance routines in RAMS for the major assets. • Provide onsite training assistance and training with RAMS. • Carry out competency assessments on completion of RAMS training sessions. • Provide feedback from the onsite personnel to ensure that all RAMS issues are dealt with in a timely and structured manner. • Encourage employees to make suggestions for RAMS improvements and upgrade opportunities. • Troubleshooting all RAMS issues remotely with the rigs. • Conduct the Root cause analysis of the major mechanical issues, • Carry out FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis if required) for the critical equipment issues, as required.

I have used advanced measurement techniques (LASER, Hot Wire Anemometry, Gas Chromatography…etc.) to study the following complex combustion phenomena in parallel with running advanced computer codes (CHEMKIN, FLUENT…etc.) to simulate these measurements. 1- Effectiveness of flame suppressants under zero-gravity conditions (NASA microgravity combustion science project). 2- The flame structure, soot formation and oxidation properties of laminar premixed and diffusion flames (NASA Particulate Soot Emissions project).
