Serenmind is an app offering self-guided psychological programmes based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy treatments that have been proved effective. Through audios and psychotherapeutic tools and with the help of our chatbot Serena, the user follows an itinerary personalised to its needs. We also have implemented Serenmind Pro, an application that allows psychologists to combine therapy with Serenmind's content and tools. - Launched 3 products in 2 years increasing revenue in a 90%: a B2C app with more than 250K downloads, a B2B Saas application for psychologists and clinics and APIs to integrate with Health Providers. - Prioritised and translated product roadmaps into manageable backlogs and ensured punctual delivery of high-quality products using Agile methodologies. - Created dashboards with tens of key metrics to continuously assess product performance. - Gained a deep understanding of users and customers.
