We grow companies organically and acquire complimentary disruptive technologies. We built a diversified pipeline of early and middle stage companies with disruptive and differentiated technologies that are positioned on a vertically integrated platform to strengthen our market position and to grow high valuations and multiple returns. We seek investors to invest alongside us to infuse growth capital and have the longterm view to benefit from high multiples of stable returns unique to the health technology sector. The budget for healthcare is a large portion of the nondiscretionary spend in every country to meet the demands of an aging population, and therefore presents numerous opportunities for us to improve the quality of service leveraging our management expertise, industry knowledge, and experience. We have generated over $300 M in revenues from our portfolio companies. We had a blockbuster 100X return on the MANTIS sale to Stryker Spine. We are actively pursuing exit opportunities. Our acquisitions of Axiomed LLC and NanoFuse Biologics LLC present opportunities for high multiple returns on investment for these companies.
