• Managed a team overseeing all Tesla cars Service, Sales and Delivery as well as Tesla Solar and Power for the Central and Mountain Time zone in the United States. • Developed leadership EHS roles and responsibilities then executed training, and mentorship aligning with leadership and business goals. • Deployed new site opening EHS requirements to streamline process and ensure all environmental, health and safety equipment and supplies are designed, purchased, and installed to compliance. • Completed organization personal protective hazard assessments (PPE) and physical demand descriptions program for Tesla Energy and Service to ensure adequate PPE to prevent injuries and illnesses.

• Environmental Health and Safety professional for Tesla's S/X/M3 Production Control and Logistics Department supporting 5 facilities (+2500 ee) and manager for EHS Specialists support. • Launched Model 3 production line and production ramp. • Through improving incident analysis, driving management action item completion and reducing high risk operations have decreased department Total Recordable Incident Rate by over 28% in 2017 from 2016. • Managed safety incident reporting, analysis and corrective actions through evaluating risk, compliance gaps and sustaining business acumen. • Developed OSHA compliant processes, procedures and policies for mobile equipment incident reporting, certification and re-certification. • Championed Tesla's highest safety risk, conveyance and pedestrian traffic flow, throughout the Fremont facility (+6 million square feet) by innovative safety solutions with standard communication, "safety basics" initiatives and capital facility improvements.

• Managed 9 employees, coaching and reviews, to support an innovations department and Portland Service Center to achieve customer 99% on time delivery and reduced non-conformance errors by 10% through process standardization, daily accountability and kaizen improvements. • Achieved Eaton EHS auditor certification and performed a week long corporate ENHESA assessment on another facilities EHS program to align with regulatory and corporate standards. • Championed the 5S+ safety and culture improvements by developing a monthly zone auditing competition and facility wide training to sustain a safe working environment and drive action items to closure. • Lead cross functional monthly Rapid Improvement Events over bottle neck areas in an engineered to order steel fabrication facility. Improved on time delivery of a $500 million a year production facility to exceed goals and sustained for my rotation and obtained a corporate Continuous Improvement (CI) award from the division. • Subject matter expert in the Eaton Lean Six Sigma business model and drove continuous improvement. • Deployed tier meetings (I, II, III and Tier F-functional support) and standardized communication boards covering the High 5 metrics (safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity) at each level to document results, engage employees and learn through pertinent action items to drive model plant metrics. • Underwent a corporate Operational Excellence assessment and created a follow up 1-year and 5-year strategic improvement plan to improve and sustain continuous improvement and the Eaton Lean Six Sigma fundamentals.

• Built the Sustainability initiative; plant wide competition, communication, and recycling/reutilizing waste lead to achieving corporate goal and decrease in waste-to-landfill by 49% in 2015 (156 metric tons). • Conducted and/or coordinated required safety and environmental training for 1,000 employees including site leadership, contractors, maintenance, and housekeeping crews. • Managed the Foreseer Energy Management System to accurately analyze greenhouse gas emissions and energy usage down to the breaker to collect pertinent data to allocate resources to decrease the facilities footprint. • Prepared required reports, plans, and other government EHS filings and ensured timely and accurate submission to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. • Investigated incidents through 8D and 5-Why analysis then identified and eliminated high risk opportunities. • Managed HVAC $100,000 capital facility improvement project, including requisition preparation and supervising contractors to ensure compliance with federal, state, and site regulatory requirements. • Active member and leader on the site ergonomics team and organized site ergonomic risk assessment initiative. • Prepared for and participated in week corporate ENHESA EHS assessment. • Created +250 Machine Specific Lock Out Tag Out procedures to verify zero energy state and protect employees from hazards. • Collaborated cross functionally to standardize and create EHS based Standard Work. Identified safety hazards; chemical/noise exposure, ergonomic stressors, high risk tasks, hot work, confined space entry, etc. Then completed job specific risk assessments to identify hazards, PPE, ergonomic issues, and controls. • Responsible for site waste programs including RCRA/DOT training, record keeping, and inspections. • Developed and instructed Forklift Certification, Crane Hoist & Lifting Device Safety, Lock out Tag out Training and New Hire Orientation. • Developed a safety management process for plant equipment moves; outline, checklist, and risk assessment. • Initiated the first “Green Team” collaborating initiatives to reduce, reuse and recycle in the facility and in the community. • Managed Safety Day and Environmental Day for 550 employees; ordering all the t-shirts, prizes, safety gear and food on a budget.
