This role requires significant experience in the fields of international trade and logistics. My responsibilities are: - provide high quality service includes calculation of expenses and optimization customs and transport costs + deep analysis/inspection of each consignment (customs clearance particulars, check certificate requirement, solve logistic issues and etc.) - provide set of documents for customs brokers and forwarders companies. - communication with international supplies (Spain, Poland, Germany, Portugal, China, Taiwan, Netherland, UK) regarding contains of consignments, price agreement, term of delivery and payment, packing and transport particulars - work and solve insurance cases with transport company and supplier (cargo damage) - control list of costs (payments) and report about future necessary payments to my director. - visit customs points and cooperation with inspectors if required.
