Crown was founded with the mission to help elevate women’s voices to promote confidence, leadership and growth amongst a diverse group of women and their allies. As the ERG Community Founder and Chair I have: *Developed ERG framework, mission, charter and governance for first ERG and the ERG umbrella as a function at the organization *Created yearly objectives and goals and implemented a system to track metrics *Acquired ERG funding and manage yearly budget. *Provided strategic guidance, oversight, and built relationships with ERG members and executive sponsors to foster an inclusive and more equitable experience for women and allies across the org *Developed and executed programs with a focus on intersectionality and inclusion *Continually track, measure and iterate on programming and resources provided based on employee feedback *Designed and executed programming to help elevate, coach, and mentor women and allies internally and within the community we serve *Consistently collaborated with leadership and stakeholders to boost employee participation in programming and connection utilizing asynchronous and live program offerings
