One of the skills I am most proud about developing recently is the ability to be present in the moment. As a leader, this allows you to absorb constructive information whilst still being able to connect with those around you. It would seen quite paradoxical then that the job of a leader is to constantly think about the future so you can best set sail to navigate uncertainty. However, I have found that the best way to understand which direction the world is moving, without a time machine of course, is to pay particular attention to the world and people around you. This was one of the main reasons I decided to start Keto Kart. Over the past 40 years, obesity rates have continued to soar globally, in large part due to poor nutrition advice that was dumped upon us by the sugar and pharmaceutical industries. The plan with Keto Kart is to lead the charge into the 21st Century to address decades of misinformation and ill-management that has led to the worst obesity epidemic in human history.
