Responsible to support purchase in supplier performance monitoring through performance rating, supplier audit and improvement plans. Upgrading Suppliers with improvement plan and training. Responsible for export customer as single window contact for all quality requirements like capacity planing, statistical performances of the processes, PPAP documents submission, customer complaints resolutions. Responsible to maintain customer's specific requirement related to green supply procurement, material test requirements. Responsible to share KPI communication in organization and display of KPI. Implement actions through co ordination with functional heads. Responsible to address customer requirements in terms new product development preparation audit, all 2nd party audit, and closing the action requirement.
