Leverage 25 years of buy- and sell-side investment experience in tangible assets to provide a range of advisory services or board representation to institutional investors or firms. • Examples of types of projects include strategy or transaction reviews for groups investing in new sectors, design of investment structures including governance and terms that align interests and that are optimal for the long-term nature of the underlying assets, and evaluating firm governance and succession models for long-term ownership. • Available to represent investors on LPAC’s where domain expertise may be important, to serve on manager advisory boards, or to serve on a board of directors. However, each of these will be selectively accepted to avoid conflicts of interest. • Sectors of primary focus will be agriculture, agribusiness, and related segments, as well as timber. Advisory engagements related to structuring, governance and alignment will be considered across a wider set of tangible assets, including infrastructure, transportation and renewables.
