Along with traditional headhunting services, to make us stand out of the crowd, we will deliver our unique and fantastic platform (app using mostly) that can facilitate the manpower searching process. My job duty is to manage candidates, including: - Understand clients’ job requirements - Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising) - Evaluate resumes and applications to select suitable candidates. - Source candidates using databases, social media etc. - Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening - Match the most suitable candidates to different positions - Create and maintain relationships with job seekers and provide advices - Facilitate and finalized agreements between candidate and employerTRS
