Manage regional service commodities utilizing the latest supply chain tools and market knowledge to deliver the lowest cost solution for Tenke Fungurume Mining. Contracts (various: include formal, short form, and annual contracts) – Drafting, Evaluation, Negotiation and Execution: Commercial and Public Contracting, Sub-contracts, Consulting Agreements, Master Agreements, Sales / Purchasing Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and review of customer proposed terms and conditions. Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters. Act as the contractual “middleman” between company employees and customers, ensure timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations. On all standard and nonstandard contracts, provide redlined recommendations and often negotiate directly with customers and customer’s attorneys or purchasing staff until consensus has been reached. Maintain contractual records and documentation, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports, and all other documentation. Provide guidance on contractual matters to project managers or other operational staff, include training to new project managers and other employees in contracting practices and procedures. Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
