I started my career at Capital One as a contact centre adviser taking collections calls in thier busy contact centre. I later took on two separate seconded roles; the first in the Vendor Operations team supporting the overseas contact centres in India and Canada. The second as a training support to new hires into the contact centre, running training, coaching and ensuring they were ready to join thier full time teams at the end of thier training period.
