I'm proud to be a Best Practice Chair with Vistage, the world’s leading Executive Peer-Group Organisation for Managing Directors, Chief Executives and other business leaders with almost 30,000 members in 25 countries. My passion and my energy goes into helping high performing leaders be the best versions of themselves, in and out of the office. I am privileged in turn to be able to work with and learn from the best - world class thought leaders and business leaders, and my peers within the Vistage network. Having relocated to leafy Hertfordshire, I launched a new CEO Group in London in September 2021, as well as running a CEO private advisory board in Central Scotland. These typically are invitation-only groups of up to 16 like-minded CEOs from non-competing sectors who share a vision to transform their businesses and lives, and positively impact those around them, through great financial results, strong personal relationships and a positive contribution to the wider community. In the UK, Vistage has over 90 regional groups comprised of up to 16 business leaders, led by a Vistage Chair, like myself, who acts as a facilitator and business coach. We provides an environment where group members can advise one another by testing plans, assumptions and decisions, and learn from a world-wide network of business experts. We help business leaders make better decisions, achieve better results and lead more fulfilling lives. Vistage membership also helps them to achieve their company’s full potential for profit, turnover and commercial growth.
