Lead the implementation of virtual chronic disease coaching programs that generate $3+ million in annual revenue through operational oversight and integration of cross-departmental activities and resources. Successfully launched two new programs within six months for a large pharmaceutical client using the software development life cycle. Collaborated with Product and Development teams to prioritize technical features, define user stores, assign resources, and define timelines using Agile methods. This ensured effective communication of program requirements and staff responsibilities. Leveraged problem solving techniques to developing test plans with pass/fail scenarios to ensure technical requirements have been followed and user acceptance criteria have been achieved; reported and followed up on issues as needed.
