Carr, Jr., the former Chairman of Carr America, acquired Synergy Workplace locations and rebranded the company, Carr Workplaces. Partnered with TV spokesperson Daisy Fuentes, the owner of CRUNCH gyms, and Charles Platkin one of the country's leading nutrition advocates, to become the owner and operator of the 185-seat restaurant on the Upper West Side of New York City. Laura spent 19 years in the commercial real estate and business services industries, serving tens of thousands of professionals and leading more than 500 team members. She began at Vantas, which became HQ Global Workplaces, where she rose to North East Vice President, ultimately producing more than $200 million in revenue. There she managed 80 locations with 5,000 customers and 7,500 offices that totaled 3 million square feet of space and generated $180 million in annual sales. While at HQ, she played a lead role in consolidating the industry by integrating more than 15 new company acquisitions and opening and developing 21 new business centers.
