Launched in 2015, Sol de Janeiro is an award-winning, fast-growing premium body care brand based in New York City with a selective distribution, including Sephora (US, Canada, Europe), Harrods, Selfridges, Douglas, and our own e-commerce channel. As a New Product Launch Project Manager my primary responsibilities include building and managing development timelines and cost of goods reports, which are key elements needed to bring our new products to market from concept to finished good availability in our warehouse. I also contribute to the company in the following ways. • Working closely with cross-functional teams including Packaging, Product Development, Design, Production and Sales to identify and mitigate development risks. • Identifying and leading process improvement initiatives. • Collecting, analyzing and presenting data for value analysis projects. • Leading the implementation and adoption of a new software to track new product development.

Anvyl is a production hub where brands manage suppliers, oversee production, and track in-depth product data from procurement to delivery of inbound goods. It saves hours a day of manual work, reduces supply chain costs, and provides actionable data on supplier activity throughout sourcing, production, and the product lifecycle. Our clients include hims, Harry's, S'well, Lola, P&G and a list of growing consumer brands. As a Global Operations Manager I worked with 15+ direct to consumer brands to source and track production of packaging components from China. I also contributed to the company in the following ways. • Negotiated with local and international suppliers to obtain the best packaging pricing for our clients. • Educated our clients on how to use our software to submit requests for quotes and then track the progress of their components once purchase orders were placed. • Built and documented processes to streamline the customer experience from onboarding to order completion.

As a Manager of Global Supply Chain within the Center of Excellence I applied my executional knowledge of managing new product launches to an enterprise-wide initiative to improve new product launch speed to market. I contributed to the initiative in the following ways. • Worked closely with senior leadership, project lead, cross-functional teams and external consultants to plan and develop project deliverables and allocate project resources. • Developed and managed a comprehensive project timeline comprised of 200+ tasks. • Co-led training sessions educating audiences of 60+ attendees about new product launch process changes and improvements. • Identified risks to the project timeline and developed risk mitigation plans. • Managed day to day project activities to include leading internal team meetings and maintaining a repository of all final documents.

STEMpowered's mission is to prepare the next generation of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) leaders through the creation of spatial skill inspired products. Why spatial skill inspired? Because strong spatial skills are connected to later success in STEM. Many children miss out on developing spatial skills early in life because the connection between spatial skills and STEM is not yet well known. I developed Stackablz, STEMpowered’s first product. Stackablz are 3D puzzles for children ages 3+ intended to address cross-sectional spatial abilities, an area currently under explored by mainstream educational products for young children. During my time developing Stackablz, I also accomplished the below. • Selected for a competitive, 10 week, accelerator to advance the development of Stackablz. • Presented at Lehigh River TEDx to share the importance of the research supporting Stackablz. • Identified a manufacturing method for larger scale production and developed go-to market strategies. • Created a website and marketing materials to educate consumers about the benefits of Stackablz.

As an Assistant Manager on the Global Brand Supply Chain Team for Estee Lauder Makeup, I built and managed development timelines for new product launches within the face makeup subcategory. I also contributed to the company in the following ways. • Managed high dollar value, SKU heavy, new product launches to include the relaunch of Double Wear Light Foundation ($30MM). • Developed a document shared between Supply Chain and R&D to track key milestones for regulated drug product launches. • Shared cross category learnings between the skincare and makeup teams to identify areas of improvement. • Executed fast paced shade extension programs as well as collateral items used for product sampling. • Acted as a liaison between Marketing, Research & Development, Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Packaging and Design throughout the Stage Gate New Product Launch process.

As an Assistant Manager on the Global Brand Supply Chain Team for Estee Lauder Skincare, I built and managed development timelines for new product launches across multiple franchises. I also contributed to the company in the following ways. • Executed both long and short term product-to-market launches with a goal of timeliness, cost effectiveness and inventory management. • Identified and resolved risks to the development timeline by negotiating with appropriate departments, and developing tactical plans when missed due dates occurred to bring the project back on track. • Acted as a liaison between Marketing, Research & Development, Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Packaging and Design throughout the Stage Gate New Product Launch process. • Ensured all international products were developed within applicable regulatory requirements.

Testive combines technology with human coaches to keep your college-bound kid on track and ready to conquer the ACT or SAT. During my time at Testive I worked as an SAT/ACT Coach and School Program Coach, tutoring students for their upcoming SAT/ACT exams. I also worked as a Content Creator developing practice questions to support the new SAT format. I further contributed to the company in the following ways. • Developed custom test preparation plans addressing content gaps and time management strategies for 20+ students taking the SAT and ACT exams. • Created practice questions addressing Algebra topics on the mathematics section of the SAT exam. • Provided feedback to a class of 40 students utilizing Testive software to prepare for upcoming SAT and ACT exams.

• Managed a UPS parcel auditing portal to claim savings for clients • Assisted the operations manager with day to day functions of the business

• Selected for competitive co-op program at Crayola. • Created and revised standard operating procedures and standardizations for assembly line setup. • Improved material flow for a new product from injection molding to finished good assembly. • Worked with areas of manufacturing to create and maintain a 5s workplace layout.
